This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, document review and interview.
A renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 11/17/2021. The supervisor was contacted by telephone and a remote inspection was completed. There were 23 children present with 4 supervising staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, medication policies and procedures ( no medications reported on site) special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
