New requirements became effective on October 13, 2021. The facility has not yet [fully] complied with the following requirement:
- required new employee orientation documentation
- allergy management plans for those children with diagnosed allergies
- required documentation in emergency preparedness plan and documentation of emergency evacuation, shelter-in-place and lock down drills.
- required documentation of the orientation training of new employees
- written policies regarding the prevention of shaken baby syndrome and abusive head trauma including procedures to cope with crying babies or distraught children.
The facility is to review the new requirements and work with their assigned inspector to ensure future compliance.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/23/2021 and concluded on 11/15/2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 12 children present and 3 staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
