An on-site unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 12/14/2021. A complaint was received in the Valley Office of Child Care Health and Safety on 11/20/2021 regarding allegations in the areas of Administration, Supervision, and Programs. The director was contacted by telephone once the inspector arrived to initiate the investigation. The entire facility was toured and staff to children ratios were checked. Four staff members were interviewed and three classrooms were observed. The record of one staff member was reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations and the complaint disposition was, therefore, "not valid." There were no violations of the licensing standards.
