22.1 Early Childhood Care and Education

An unannounced focused monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/28/21 and was completed on 12/30/21. There were 25 children present with 5 staff. Children were observed engaging in free play and eating lunch. The focus of the inspection was to determine whether the provider had corrected or is in the process of correcting previously cited violations in the areas of standards referenced above. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
