Technical Assistance:
Today we discussed the requirement of individual cribs for sleeping for infants who are younger than 12 months old or older than 12 months but not developmentally ready to sleep on a cot rest mat or bed.
A crib which meets current Consumer Product Safety Commission Standards (and documentation of such) must be present in the home prior to the enrollment of any infant requiring a crib.

Comments:
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated and concluded on 10/25/2022. There were no children present during the inspection. The provider has recently relocated and there are no children currently enrolled.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of Background Checks Code; Child abuse and neglect, Administration, General Qualifications; Home Maintenance; Programs; Special Care Provisions & Emergencies; Special Services
Supervision and Ratio Requirements were discussed and reviewed verbally, as there were no children present at the time.

The provider's records were reviewed prior to the inspection.
The inspection began at 10:30 am and concluded at 12:05 p.m.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
