This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and an on-site tour of the program.
A modification inspection was initiated on February 3, 2022 and concluded on February 3, 2022. The inspector was on-site to complete an updated measurement of the center. The inspector measured five classrooms.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
