A modification inspection was initiated and concluded on Friday, February 18, 2022.
The owner was present for an in person inspection in which the inspector completed observation of the new addition at the facility. There no children and staff present during this inspection. The inspector reviewed all physical plant areas, completed measurements, and reviewed all required information submitted by the provider for review. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
