Technical Assistance:
Discussed the additional orientation requirements, CPR and FA training requirements and training log documentation.

Recommend to review Code ? 22.1-289.058. Child day programs -Each building that was built before 2015 and that houses a child day program that is licensed that serves preschool-age children shall be equipped with at least one carbon monoxide detector.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A renewal inspection was conducted on February 22, 2022 was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 20 children present and 2 staff. The inspector emailed the director/provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
