The children were observed and other completing worksheets, playing outside, using an interactive smartboard for exercise and organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations:
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-245-A
Description: Based on record review, staff did not completed a minimum of 16 hours of job related training annually.
Evidence:
1. Staff #3 completed 10 hours of job related training in 2021.
2. Staff #4 completed 2 hours of job related training in 2021.
3. Staff #5 completed 12 hours of job related training in 2021.

Plan of Correction: They all didn't get it done because we were teaching virtually in 2021. I will make it my goal to have all staff have their training hours completed by March of every year.
