An unannounced focused subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 12/12/2022. The inspector was on site at the home from approximately 01:50pm to 2:10pm. There were 7 children in attendance and a total of 1 caregiver present. An interview was held with the caregiver throughout the inspection. One caregiver record was reviewed during this inspection. There were violations found during today?s inspection. See the violation notice for more details.

Evidence:
1. Seven nonresident children were present in the family day home during the December 12, 2022 inspection.
