An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:50am-12:10pm. There were 24 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, coloring, working on puzzles and playing with small manipulative toys. There was an abundant supply of materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
The observations and information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
