This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, on site inspection and remote documents review.
A renewal inspection was initiated on April 6, 2022 and concluded on April 12, 2022. There were ten children present, with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and two staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it to me within 5 business days from today. Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Your plan of correction should contain: 1) steps to correct the noncompliance with the standard(s): 2) measures to prevent the noncompliance from occurring again; and 3) person(s) responsible for implementing each step and/or monitoring any preventive measure(s).

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-260-A Description: Based on tour of facility, program did not ensure that an annual fire inspection report was on site.
Evidence:
1. The fire inspection report on file was dated 12/14/20.
2. Director confirmed that was the most current inspection on file, and stated she had not received a more recent one from the school. She was certain one had been completed, per conversation with custodial staff.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
