A monitoring inspection was conducted on April 20, 2022. There were 14 children present, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Evidence
The center did not implement a monthly evacuation drill in December 2021 and February 2022.Plan of Correction: We will make sure to implement a monthly drill every month and document them.
