An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/27/22 from 1:20pm to 2:15pm with program staff. There were 23 children in care at the start of the inspection and a public school bus dropped off more children from another school later, making a total of 28 children. Children ranged from five-years to 10-years-old and were supervised by three staff. Children were observed finishing a snack of crackers, cheese, and water; washing hands; playing "Simon Says"; reading books or playing "Silent Speed Ball"; and playing "Food Pictionary" as the current theme is "Food". Two child records were reviewed and were in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed for required on-site documentation including certification in CPR, First Aid, and Daily Health Observation Training. There was no medication on-site but the Site Director does have current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The remaining requirements for staff records were reviewed through a remote documentation review process and the records were in compliance. The attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed and were in compliance.
