An investigation was initiated to investigate a self reported incident regarding supervision. Interviews were conducted, documentation, and records were reviewed. There is not a sufficient amount of evidence to support the self reported incident regarding supervision, therefore the results are determined to be not valid.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
