An announced initial inspection was initiated on 03/31/2022 and concluded on 04/28/2022. The application was received in the licensing office due to a change of location.
All spaces to be used by the children were measured and inspected. Based on the measurements taken during the inspection, a maximum capacity of 211 children is allowed pending review of the certificate of occupancy. The playground space for the facility was inspected and by measurements provided by the center's administrators it will allow for 24 children to be present on the infants playground area, 31 children in the toddler playground area and 58 children in the primary/elementary playground area at any one time.
There were no children in care as the facility is not open. No records were reviewed for children or staff at the inspection.
Any areas of standards related to direct service that were not determined during this initial inspection will be determined at the first unannounced inspection following the issuance of the license.
