The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on February 2, 2022 in response to a complaint that was received by the Department on January 14, 2022 concerning the supervision of children and alleged forbidden action by staff. The investigation was initiated on February 2, 2022 and completed on May 20, 2022. On February 2, 2022, the licensing inspector was on site from approximately 12:25pm to 2:20pm. Interviews were completed, observations were made at the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
