Discussed with the center drop off and pick up procedures for the center , procedures when parents request to meet for conference , tours of the facility or just to see there child in the facility. Also discussed the Covid-19 guidance that was lifted for child care centers.
Refer to standard 8VAC20-780-420 A-9 . Parental involvement.. The custodial parent's right to be admitted to the center as required by ? 22.1-289.054 of the Code of Virginia.

The licensing inspector initiated an complaint inspection on May 4, 2022 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office regarding admitting parents in the center. Inteview was conducted. Based on information gathered during the investigation, there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation regarding parental involvement therefore the complaint is determined to be Not Valid.
