Discussed allergy list keeping confidential and updating allergy list, sunscreen accessibiiity, diapering pads and parking lost activiites.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 21, 2022. The sample size consisted of 5 children's records and 5 staff records. Children were observed outside playing on the playground, participating in chalk activites , children in the classroom participating in multiple station activiities. The inspection began at approximately 9:30am and ended at approximately 12:04 pm. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-330-B Description: Based on observation, playground surfacing measurements taken, the program did not ensure that adequate resilient surfacing (depth of six inches) was maintained under/surrounding the outdoor playground equipment.

Observation and resilient surfacing measurements, taken on this date, determined that the resilient surfacing surrounding the 2 playground composites that include slides and climbing apparatus and the playground stepping pods were approximatley 2 inches depth.Plan of Correction: Not available online.
