An unannounced complaint inspection was completed on 06/13/2022 from 1:00 P.M.-2:45 P.M. The inspection was in response to a complaint that was received in the Office of Child Care Health and Safety (Valley) on 06/06/2022. The complaint was in regards to the care of children, and cross contamination of allergens. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, medication, and special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of one child record, allergy list, medication paperwork, and orientation training were reviewed, and one interview was completed.
There was not a preponderance of evidence; therefore the complaint is considered not valid.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
