A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on July 21, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection was from 10:05 a.m. to 2:35 p.m. On this date, there were 59 children present and in the care of fourteen staff members. There were two additional staff members available to assist if needed. Six staff members' records and five children's records were reviewed. The medication was reviewed for two children. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
