An inspection was conducted on 8/4/2022 in response to a complaint received regarding staff use of personal cell phones/supervision. The investigation include observation of all classrooms, review of documentation and interview of nine staff (all staff) on duty at the time of investigation.
The allegation was determined to be not valid.
