An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 8/1/2022 and concluded on 8/2/2022. The Northern Licensing Office received the complaint on 7/28/2022 regarding parent notification on persistent behavioral issues and behavioral guidance. Interviews were conducted and records were reviewed. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid.
