An announced initial inspection was conducted on 08/23/2022. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies and special services. The inspector reviewed a total of 2 officer records. The center was measured to determine the license capacity. The required policies and procedures were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:15 am and departed at 11:00 am.
