The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced inspection on July 28, 2022 and August 4, 2022 in response to a self-reported incident . Interviews with staff were completed, video footage was reviewed and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support violations of the standards for the self-reported incident.
