Standard #: 8VAC20-780-270-A Description: Based on observation, areas and equipment of the center inside were not maintained in a safe and operable condition. Evidence: 1. In the Two's classroom, the blue paint near two windows is chipping on the edge. 2. Paint chipping was observed on the wall in the infant room near a crib. Plan of Correction: Painting and repair has already been scheduled to happen within the next 30 days. Staff will use temporary coverings until repairs are complete. Classroom teacher and admin will monitor for compliance.

Evidence: The center did not ensure to have the following first aid supplies: Scissors Plan of Correction: Nurse will add scissors on 8/23/22 and monitor for ongoing compliance
