The following standards were discussed with the center owner during the inspection: 8 VAC 20-780-550 (Procedures for Emergencies).
- Comments:

An investigation was initiated on 8/17/22 in response to a complaint received by the department on 7/8/22 regarding children's injury reports. An on-site inspection was conducted on 8/26/22. Interviews with staff were completed and documentation related to the complaint was reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
