A complaint inspection was conducted on August 30, 2022 from 9:00 A.M.-11:30 P.M. A complaint was received in the Office of Child Care Health and Safety (Valley) on July 25, 2022 regarding forbidden action, behavior guidance, and policies and procedures. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, and programming. Three staff records were reviewed, five staff interviews conducted, the employee handbook and required postings were reviewed, and classroom observations were conducted.
The information gathered during the inspection did not determine preponderance of evidence. Therefore, the complaint is not valid.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
