An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 8/23/2022 beginning at 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.in response to a complaint received by the licensing office regarding supervision, programming, equipment and facilities.
Classroom and playground observations were conducted. Documentation was reviewed. Staff interviews were conducted.
Based upon the information gathered during the inspection, the complaint regarding supervision, programming, equipment and facilities was determined not valid.
