A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted onsite on 09/22/2022 and concluded with a virtual record review inspection on 09/26/2022. There were 18 children, ages 4 years- 12 years, and 3 staff members providing direct supervision present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies and special services. The children were observed during free choice activities, snack time, homework time and departure. A total of 5 children?s records, and 3 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the onsite inspection at 3:30 pm and departed at 4:30 pm. The inspector began the virtual record review at 1:15 pm and concluded at 2:15 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on these dates. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations of the subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
