A monitoring inspection was conducted on September 26, 2022 between the hours of 10:15am and 11:35 am. There were 26 children present, with 4 staff supervising. The children were outside on the playground, playing basketball and preparing for lunch. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, fire drill log, attendance logs and first aid kit. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
