Comments:
An announced subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and concluded on March 15, 2023. The licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 10:30am until 12:45pm. There was one child in care one provider present. A monitoring inspection was also conducted on this date.

The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with subsidy regulations, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Description: Based on interview, the vendor did not ensure lockdown procedures were practiced at least annually.
