Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on October 17, 2022 from 11:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 16 students ages 3 through 4, in the care of 3 staff. Four children records were reviewed and updated. Annual review of staff records will be conducted at a later scheduled date.
Areas observed were: educational centers, hand washing/bathroom procedures, transition, outside play and lunch. The center is well equipped with a variety of age/stage materials for the children in care.
