An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-11:00am. There were 12 children directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, programming, menus, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site at the time of inspection. Children were observed completing puzzles, learning about the letter "M" and completing a related activity. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials for the children and the center was clean and organized. There was an adequate number of CPR/First Aid and MAT trained staff on site at the time of inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
