An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 11/17/22 in response to a complaint received regarding allegations in the areas of behavior guidance, incident reporting, and emergencies. A classroom was observed via live stream video onsite on 11/18/22 from approximately 10:00am to 12:30pm and in-person on 12/13/22 from approximately 10:40am to 12:20pm. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. There was insufficient corroborating evidence to support the allegations. An exit interview was conducted with the Director on 12/13/22.
