1. Reviewed potential choking food items for preschool-age children. The Inspector will send information to the program director on this topic.
- Comments:

Conducted an unannounced inspection at 9:55am. Observed 10 children + 3 direct-care staff in the preschool program. Ratios and supervision were in compliance at the time of inspection. Children were observed eating a morning snack and having active outdoor play time. Staff were actively engaged with the children and activities. Each child provides their own snack. The program areas were found to be clean, safeguarded appropriately, and well supplied with equipment for the children. Recordkeeping was in order.
