A monitoring inspection was conducted on January 12, 2023 based on a self-reported incident that was received by the department regarding allegations in the area of behavioral guidance on January 6, 2023. The director was present and participated in the inspection. The inspector interviewed six staff, conducted a classroom observation and reviewed two staff records and one child record. The inspector was on site from approximately 9:15 am until 11:30 am.
