Standard #: 8VAC20-780-540-C Description: Based on observation and interview, the center did not maintain all required first aid and emergency supplies in a first aid kit.
Evidence:
The licensing inspector could not locate the tweezers in the first aid kit. A member of management could not locate the tweezers during the inspection. The member of management stated ?She would pick up a new pair?.Plan of Correction: I will pick up a new pair of tweezers and add them to the first aid kit.
