An announced initial subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and concluded on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. The licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 11:50am until 1:00pm. There were no children in care and one caregiver present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, and programming. A total of one caregiver's records, one household member's' records, and one household pet records were reviewed. A monitoring inspection was also conducted on this date. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
