A non-mandated focused monitoring inspection was conducted on February 9, 2023 from 1:20 P.M.-1:45 P.M.. The inspection was completed to follow up on the intensive plan of correction from the violations cited during the December 1, 2022 inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, and background checks . A total of two staff records were reviewed. There have been no new staff hired since the December 2022 inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
