An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/7/23. The center had 26 children present with 2 staff. Observed the children playing outside on the playground and having snack inside. Today's snack was cheeze its , cheese sticks and milk. Interaction between staff and children observed during the entire inspection. A violation notice was given to the center with the inspection summary. Evidence Based on the review of staff records that should be available at the center, the center failed to have staff emergency contact information.Plan of Correction: We filled it out and turned it in to the office but did not receive copies back. We will fill out paperwork this evening.
