The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced inspection on March 2, 2023 in response to a complaint received by the department on February 17, 2023 for allegations regarding behavioral guidance. Interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
