An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:30pm-2:30pm. There were a total of 36 children in the direct care and supervision of 12 staff. Children were observed napping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the assistant director. Evidence:
Staff A did not have a current CPR and First Aid certification.Plan of Correction: Staff is scheduled for retraining.
