An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted at the facility on March 7, 2023. Interviews were conducted and the Family Handbook was reviewed in response to a complaint alleging that the center did not follow their own policies. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid.
