1) Standard 570: Bottles shall not be propped or used while a child is in his designated sleeping location.
2) Date of hire indicates the date the employee first starts working (can be on site or off site, paid or unpaid.) All required documentation including, but not limited to, background checks, orientation, TB, etc. is based on this date. Employees cannot work before background checks and TB tests/screenings have been completed, and documentation is in the record.

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 3/6/23 with the local department of social services and law enforcement to investigate an allegation regarding a forbidden action. Based on evidence obtained through interviews with staff, and a review of documentation, including photos, the complaint was determined to be Not Valid. There were no violations issued as a result of this inspection. An exit interview was conducted on 3/14/2023.
