An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/9/23 from 10:10am to 11:00am with program staff. There were 12 children in care, ranging in age from three-years to four-years-old, supervised by two staff. The children were observed discussing the letter ?R?; listening to the book ?Green Eggs and Ham?; discussing weather and rainbows; sharing the artists of the day; listening to the book ?Mix It Up? and doing a color mixing activity where they mixed red and blue to make purple paint and then painted with the purple. Four child records and two staff records were reviewed. The Center has two staff with current certification in CPR and First Aid, as well as trained in Daily Health Observation Training. There were no medications on site but the center has two staff current in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent Fire Inspection on file was dated 8/23/22 and the most recent Health Inspection on file was dated 9/2/22.
