An unannounced inspection was conducted on March 13, 2023 in response to a complaint that was received on February 13, 2023 in reference to supervision. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of evidence gathered does not support violation of standards.
No violations were cited as a result of this inspection.
