The physical plant, programming, attendance, menus, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, 2 medications with corresponding authorization records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. Due to the rain, the playground was not inspected. Children were observed participating in reading, math activities, and outside play. Handwashing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), CPR and First Aid, and Daily Health Observation (DHO) training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
