An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today at 11:30am. There were 19 children directly supervised by 8 caregivers. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, 6 parent volunteer records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in outdoor snack, music class, and playing outside.ck. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
