An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 04/04/2023. There were 16 children, ages 2 months- 10 years, and 5 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, programs, physical plant, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff member records, 1 pet record and 1 applicant record were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:30 am and departed the center at 10:45 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no violations with applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued.
